What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We ship overseas, however, there is an extra charge for overseas shipping.

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

Delivery is normally within 5-7 working days, and often much sooner.

The Seller will let you know when they aim to dispatch your items once they receive your order, and will be in touch again after the order has been sent to let you know when you should expect it.

If you’d like check on the delivery information of your order, please contact the seller directly. You can do this using the contact link on your order confirmation email.

Placing an Order?

Once you’ve placed an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email from Ceremony.

The prices displayed on this site are quoted in UK pound sterling. In the unlikely event that a product is unavailable after your order has been placed, we’ll contact you within 2 working days to let you know. We will do our utmost to order replacements from our suppliers, but if they are also out of stock, we’ll suggest an alternative or gladly give you a full refund.

UK standard courier delivery?

Dependent on the items, some sellers will ship using regular post and others by courier or tracked delivery. Delivery information is available on all Ceremony items of how the product will be sent out to you. If you would like a faster delivery method, this will be at an additional cost that you can select at the checkout.

Any products purchased at one of our retail partners, must be returned to that
retail partner. Only products ordered from website may be returned.

Skincare essentials are gentle enough for daily use. Please visit the specific
product pages for more detail on each product.

All products are made in Japan.

Once you have received your order, if you are unhappy with your purchase, there
is a 7 day grace period in which you can return your items. The items must be
returned in the same packaging & in perfect resale condition. Please return all
items direct them to the Seller, including details of your order number & address.

The Seller’s details will be on the enclosed order slip with your purchase. We
recommend you use a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage & you
will liable for this postage cost.

If a product is faulty, you must let the Seller know within 48 hours of receiving
your order. Please package the item up and send it back to the Seller. Do not
destroy or throw away a product, even if it’s faulty, before you’ve talked to the
Seller and agreed that by doing so it won’t affect any refund you may be entitled to.

We recommend you use a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage. In
this case, the Seller will be liable for the cost of the returned items.
As the Seller’s payment agent, we process the refund directly to your preferred
bank account within 30 days.
